The use of services or the purchase of products on www.monamui.com implies the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter, the “Conditions”).

By accepting these Conditions, the client declares:
- A) That they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
- B) That they have read and accept these Conditions.
These Conditions regulate the legal relationship derived from the purchase processes carried out between user-clients and the online store www.monamui.com, owned by Jarifada, sl.

3. Modification of the Conditions
Jarifada, sl may modify these Conditions in order to improve the services and products offered on www.monamui.com. Modifications will be deemed notified by their publication on the website itself. In any case, the Conditions in force at the time of placing the order will apply.

These Conditions regulate:

- The payment, shipping, delivery, and return processes.

9. Shipping and Delivery
9.1. Order Processing
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the next business day (Monday).
9.2. Delivery Times
Spain (Peninsula), Balearic Islands, and Portugal (Peninsula):
Estimated delivery time: 48 to 72 hours.
9.3. Shipping Costs and Sales Zones
Spain
- Standard shipping: 5 EUR.
- For orders over 150 EUR, shipping will be free.
European Union Countries
We ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
- Standard shipping: 8 EUR.
- For orders over 150 EUR, shipping costs will be free in the aforementioned countries.
10. Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds
10.1. Period
The client has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return.
10.2. Conditions for accepting the return
For the return to be accepted, the product must:
- Be unused and in perfect condition.
- Be returned with its original packaging and well protected.
- Include all original accessories or elements.
10.3. Return Options (GLS)
- A) Drop-off at a GLS point: the client can drop off the package at the nearest GLS point.
- B) Home collection by GLS: service available at an additional cost, which will be communicated beforehand or deducted from the amount to be refunded.
10.4. How to request a return
To request a return, the client must contact info@monamui.com indicating:
- Order number.
- Reason for return.
- Chosen return method (GLS point or collection).
10.5. Refund
Once the merchandise is received and its condition verified, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Usual crediting period: 3 to 7 business days, depending on the bank.
- Original shipping costs are not refundable, except for defective products or errors attributable to Jarifada, sl.
11. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer regulations, the client has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the contract, without needing to provide justification.

"I hereby communicate my withdrawal from my contract for the sale of the following good/service (indicate product and reference), order placed on (date) and received on (date), full name, address, signature (if applicable) and date."
The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the communication of withdrawal, and may be withheld until the goods are received or proof of return is provided.
12. Liability
Jarifada, sl's liability for the products supplied is limited to their amount, except in cases provided by law.
Jarifada, sl will not be liable for service interruptions due to force majeure, technical incidents beyond its control, or causes not attributable to the company.
13. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All content on www.monamui.com (texts, images, design, logos, trademarks, and other elements) is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights and is owned by Jarifada, sl or authorized third parties.
Its reproduction, distribution, or public communication is prohibited without prior written authorization.
